1. We are moving the Electrical box that feeds the power to St. Mary church.  This box is currently located in the old boiler room, behind the church. The old boiler room's ceiling is not in good condition. (first fase)

Cost: $70,000

After moving the EB from the room, we will demolish it, to make some parking spaces and right after we will repaved the whole area.

Cost: $200,00

2. We will be fixing the gaps in the Rose Window. We have some leaks that are affecting the building. 

Cost: $100,000
